Repeatability
Every cavity, every shot has to give the same result. The process window is defined in the trials.
Precision parts, filling and labelling
In health and personal care, part consistency and traceability are not negotiable. We build the precision plastic parts, the packaging components and the lines that fill, label and inspect them together.

(01) Our work
In these industries the record of how a product was made matters as much as the product. We build the chain from part to line by measuring and documenting it.
Tight tolerance, multi-cavity moulds. The size of every cavity is documented with a CMM report at T0 and T1.
Fast cycle moulds for caps, pump bodies, tubes and bottle components.
Machines and PLC software that link filling, capping, labelling and packing in a traceable way.
Vision systems for label position, missing caps and surface defects. Results are recorded.
(02) Services
The services used together most often in this industry. Each can also be taken on its own.

01 / Injection tooling
In multi-cavity moulds cavity balance and repeatability are measured in the trials and the process window is defined.

02 / Special machinery
Filling, capping and labelling machines are designed from zero for your product and speed and delivered with FAT.

03 / Automation & control
PLC and HMI record production data and inspection results. Vision inspection verifies every product.

04 / Industrial design
The part is designed for the mould and for the filling line. Walls and fits are verified with Moldflow.

How the principles that hold on every project apply in this industry.
Every cavity, every shot has to give the same result. The process window is defined in the trials.
Measurement reports, production data and inspection results are handed over in full to the team taking over the line.
Machine and fixture details that are easy to clean and leave no residue are part of the design.
(04) Questions
The questions we hear most in this industry, with short answers.
In the T0 and T1 trials the parts from every cavity are measured on the CMM and reported. Cavity balance and the process window are set from that data and the mould is adjusted if there is any deviation.
Yes. They are designed from zero around your bottle or tube dimensions, filling volume and speed target, verified with FAT before shipping and commissioned on site.
PLC and HMI software can store and report production counts, inspection results and fault records. Which data is kept is defined together according to the requirements of the project.
A 3D model or drawing, the material requirement, the annual volume and any standard or specification you have to meet. We write the requirements down at the start and verify every stage against them.
