01What tolerances can be held on precision machined parts?
That depends on the geometry and the material of the part. It is machined to the tolerances on your drawing, and critical dimensions are measured on the CMM and reported. We review your drawing together at the quotation stage.
02Which tests can a special test rig cover?
Tests such as load, vibration, leak, function and cycle tests that copy the real operating conditions of your product. Data acquisition and reporting are designed as part of the rig.
03How are specifications and documentation handled?
Requirements are written down at the start and every stage is verified against them. Measurement reports, test records and documentation are part of the delivery.
04Do you make prototypes and small series?
Yes. We do fast prototyping and pilot production for low volume, high value parts. One team carries design, manufacturing and verification together.
