01Mould design
From single cavity tools to multi-cavity, hot runner and 2K moulds with side-action cores, each plate is designed for tolerance, cooling and service life.
02Manufacturing
Cavities and cores are machined on high speed 3 and 5-axis CNC, then finished with EDM, grinding, polishing and texturing to the surface the part demands.
03Trials
T0 and T1 trials prove filling, cooling and ejection on the press. The tool is tuned until every shot leaves the same way.
04Validation
Sample parts are measured on CMM against the drawing. The tool goes into series production only when the report says so.
